TdK Law has over the years, assisted many employers with managing staff on visas, sponsoring, nominating and terminating staff who are visa holders and not yet Australian permanent residents or citizens. We have also assisted many employers to nominate their staff through employer nomination processes for permanent residency. Migration law and industrial relations law are closely intertwined for staff on visas and even for some permanents residents after having received their permanent residency.
